Had an awesome weekend in Columbus celebrating my pal Mark’s Wedding. It’s always a blast to see my college buddies and for this wedding I was one of 15 groomsmen which was hysterical. Mark is one of the best guys I know, and it was a great day to celebrate him and his bride. There’s a lot of people who say they care or say they will be there for you when you need them, he’s on the short list of people who really mean it. I woke up at 5 on Friday to fly out and swing through campus, I played some golf at a sneaky tough course in the afternoon and was absolutely smoked by the evening. I did not calculate my lack of sleep going into the trip combined with the plans I would’ve had as a 23 year old that I made. I woke up Saturday after a decent sleep and was still exhausted, but was definitely able to rally for the wedding. After 3 hours of singing our guts out to Middle School era Pop Punk, we crashed at the venue and I woke up at 530 to head for the airport, I was a corpse in the airport, and fortunately completed a teleportation back to Boston, nothing better than falling asleep pre take off and waking up in the final minutes of the flight. Great trip, would do it again 100% of the time, it takes a lot for me to give up a couple days with my family, but I was glad to be there to support my friend.

When I got home, we headed over to watch the Cowboys. What a treat a stress free blowout is. I hate to say it but I think I’m almost back in. The Defense is terrible but if they win their next 2 I think Jerry might actually put his money where his mouth is and add a Pass Rusher. Dak is playing better than ever, and it looks like for once the Cowboys actually have a schematic advantage on offense to help him. The run game is awesome, and Dak balled out with CeeDee Lamb and Kavontae Turpin watching from a Buffalo Wild Wings in Frisco. Pretty Awesome.

I was on the phone with my brother talking about the Cowboys and Ohio State. He said they could go back to back, I think they could go Back to Back to Back. OSU is the best team in the NCAA and I think there is a decent gap to #2. I think #2 is Oregon but I still take OSU in that game. Sayin is awesome, Smith is still unguardable and the OSU Defense is downright disgusting. If they keep the core together, I don’t see how they lose more than 1.5 games until 2028. That won’t come back to bite me at all.

Short Post today, I’ve been deep in the weeds now that we have 5 weeks of PreSnap data. We have been exceptionally good on predicting Overs and Predicting Team scoring bands.
